The Experience

This LEGO team building experience combines creativity, collaboration, and purpose. Teams of approximately eight delegates take part in energising warm-up challenges to earn LEGO bricks before working in teams to design and build a themed LEGO masterpiece aligned to your event objectives. Teams present their creations to a judging panel, celebrating innovation, teamwork, and friendly competition. The experience concludes with the donation of brand-new LEGO sets to a children’s charity: turning creativity into meaningful impact and delivering joy far beyond the room.

At Ronald McDonald House Charities Westmead, up to 60 families stay each night while their children receive treatment. These families are navigating incredibly challenging circumstances, and opportunities for normal childhood moments can make a meaningful difference. Donated LEGO® sets provide moments of joy, creativity, and connection. Whether it’s siblings building together, a birthday surprise, or part of a holiday activity program. Each set helps children simply be children during a difficult time.

Your event space for the LEGO charity team building experience should be set up with 1 x table per team of 6-8 participants. We also require a table and chair at the front of the room for our host facilitator, as well as a projector and screen, as well as a handheld microphone for groups over 30 participants.
Who receives the LEGO donations and are they brand new?
LEGO sets from this experience are typically donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities or another children's charity. While delegates use LEGO bricks during the event activities, the sets donated to the charity are brand new and provided in unopened boxes, ensuring children receive a complete LEGO set to build and enjoy.
