The Experience

Build a bike team building activity, available across Australia, creates a powerful shared experience for teams while delivering a tangible community outcome. The build a bike charity event is a structured two-hour team experience that brings participants together in teams of six for a hands-on activity combining collaboration with meaningful community impact. Through interactive team challenges focused on trust, communication, and creative thinking, participants build the skills needed for effective teamwork. Teams are then provided with the tools and components required to assemble a high-quality, brand-new bicycle from scratch. Working together, participants build, check, and prepare the bikes before they are donated to children who would otherwise not have access to one.

Variety supports kids to gain mobility, independence and confidence, helping them get out into their community and simply enjoy being kids.
